Persons (Person)

Persons are system objects for tracking individuals: customers, partners, counterparties, and representatives of organizations .
A person can be linked to a ticket .

Attributes

First name (firstName)

String

The individual’s first name. Required field.

Last name (lastName)

String

The individual’s last name.

Middle name (middleName)

String

Patronymic or middle name. Optional field.

Title (title)

String

The position or role held by the person (for example: manager, department head, and similar).

Contacts (contacts)

List<Contact>

A list of contact details. Each contact can have a type (for example: Phone, Email) and a value.

Owner (owner)

User

The system user who owns this person. Selected from the user catalog.

Responsible (responsible)

User

The system user assigned as responsible for working with this person. Selected from the user catalog.

Comment (comment)

String

Additional information about the person. Entered manually.

Attachments

A list of files attached to the person record (for example, document scans).
Files are displayed at the bottom of the Person form.
