Organization

Organization is a system object for tracking legal entities: customers, partners, and counterparties.
It can be linked to a ticket .
It can have representatives — related persons .

Attributes

Full name (fullName)

The organization’s full name.

Short name (shortName)

String

The organization’s short name. Used for display in the user interface.

Type (type)

OrganizationType

The organization type (for example: CUSTOMER, PARTNER, and similar).

Industry (industry)

OrganizationIndustry

The organization’s industry (for example: RETAIL, IT, and similar).

Country code (countryCode)

String

The country code (for example: RU, KZ, and similar).

Registration number (regNum)

String

The organization’s registration number (for example OGRN, EDRPOU, or similar).

Tax ID (taxId)

String

The taxpayer identification number.

Contacts (contacts)

List<Contact>

A list of the organization’s contact details. Each contact can have a type (Phone, Email, and similar) and a value.

Representatives

A list of related persons who represent this organization.

Owner (owner)

User

The system user who owns this organization. Selected from the user catalog.

Responsible (responsible)

User

The system user assigned as responsible for working with this organization.

Source (source)

String

The source of information about the organization (for example, import from an external system or manual entry).

Comment (comment)

String

Additional information about the organization. Entered manually.

Attachments

A list of files attached to the organization record (for example, scans of contracts, registration documents, and similar).
Files are displayed at the bottom of the Organization form.
