About the Cabinee platform
Cabinee manifesto
What is Cabinee?
Cabinee is an enterprise Low-Code / No-Code platform for modeling, automating, and monitoring business processes. It helps companies quickly create and evolve digital processes by automating typical scenarios for task management (Task Tracker), request handling (Service Desk), customer relationship management (CRM), request processing, electronic document management, and more. Cabinee helps unify process management across the entire organization.
Why we built Cabinee?
When implementing BPM solutions for large companies and for our own business, we kept running into the same problem: to get a working system live, we had to rebuild the user interface, configure data storage, and design processes from scratch. Even small companies had to use several disconnected tools (CRM, Service Desk, Task Tracker) because each one lacked the required functionality. This led to extra costs, duplicated data, and reduced transparency of business processes.
We created Cabinee as a universal platform that already provides, out of the box, ready-made tooling for process automation — with a single logic, a single interface, and straightforward integration — while remaining flexible and versatile.
Who is Cabinee for?
The platform is intended for experts who want to adopt a process-oriented approach (BPM), use BPMN 2.0 modeling, and achieve process transparency in their companies.
The target audience includes project managers, chief digital transformation officers, CIOs, and business unit leaders. It is a tool for those who want to accelerate business digital transformation while reducing the cost of building routine elements (UI, data storage, access control, and more) and focusing on core business value.
Cabinee lets companies quickly create and evolve digital processes without deep technical development. The platform is designed to support end-to-end processes, collaboration across departments, and integration with external systems.
Key capabilities
- Fast process launch — model and implement processes in BPMN 2.0 notation without writing code.
- Ticket and task management — keep a full history of Tickets, track statuses, and control deadlines.
- Flexible access control — use a well-designed role-based access model and separate user permissions.
- Built-in business actions — speed up ticket handling with ready-made actions and a dynamic menu.
- Notification and form templates — automate communication with customers and employees.
- Full lifecycle control — manage processes from ticket creation to completion.
- Straightforward integration — connect to external systems via REST API.
- Monitoring and analytics — get clear reports and manage process efficiency in real time.
Architecture
The core of the platform is the process engine , which interprets BPMN models and manages the execution of process instances. Around the engine, Cabinee provides its own modules:
- Ticket Engine — management of tickets and their spaces (Workflow) ;
- Event Engine — processing of events (TicketEvent);
- Customer Management — management of persons and organizations ;
- Mail Processing — handling of inbound and outbound messages ;
- UI Framework — a universal web interface for working with processes and tickets;
- Space artifacts (Definitions) — a repository of space artifacts (BPMN, forms, templates);
- Security — access rights management and tenant (Tenant) support;
- API Layer — open REST APIs for integration with external systems.
Key system concepts
- Space (Workflow) — a system entity used to organize a business process (or a group of processes).
- Ticket — a record of a specific business event that is processed according to a defined process.
- Process Instance — a single execution of a BPMN process.
- Ticket event (TicketEvent) — a recorded action or state change of a ticket.
- Space artifacts (Definitions) — a set of materials that define the behavior and visual presentation of a space (Workflow).
- Tenant — logical isolation of data and processes for different departments or projects within a single Cabinee installation.
