Common attributes

All records created in the system contain a common set of service attributes that are filled in automatically.

Attributes

Identifier (id)

UUID

A unique attribute in UUID v.4 format that identifies the record.
It is not displayed in the system interface by default and can be used in filters. It is also used when forming requests (links to pages).

Created by (created by)

String

The identifier of the user who created the record.
If the record was created by the system, the value is system.

Created time (created time)

Instant

The date and time the record was created.

Last modified by (last modified by)

String

The identifier of the user who last updated the record.
If the record was updated by the system, the value is system.

Last modified time (last modified time)

Instant

The date and time of the last record update.
