Attached files (Attachment)

Attached files is functionality for uploading, storing, and retrieving files related to:

• A Ticket ;
• A Comment ;
• A Person ;
• An Organization ;
• Space artifacts ;
• A space .

The maximum size of uploaded files is limited by the configuration parameters:

spring:
  servlet:
    multipart:
      max-file-size: 32MB
      max-request-size: 32MB

If a reverse proxy (nginx, Ingress) is used, you must also ensure that the proxy settings allow uploading files of the required size.

Images added to a ticket description and to a comment are also saved as attachments.
